Biography
My husband, Bill Grassmuck and I moved to Lake St. Louis in March 2008. We raised our son, Zachary Farmer here. Zac is a graduate of Holt High School and earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Lindenwood University. He is married to Alexa and they just had our first grandchild, Fitz. We have other immediate family in the Lake St. Louis area. We love living in Lake St. Louis and enjoy our pontoon boat when we are not in our new pool.
Career
Owner/Managing Broker of Grassmuck Realty, LLC located on the water at the Dam. Grassmuck Realty has been on the water here in Lake St. Louis since 2009 and have won / earned numerous awards in the Real Estate industry. Sandy has earned several designations from the National Association of Realtors®.
