Pavilion Rentals are available in two rental blocks. A morning block (9:00am to 2:00pm) or an evening block (3:00pm to 9:00pm)
Rental Costs: Resident $40.00 or Non-Resident $80.00 per block. For All Day Rentals: Resident $60.00 or Non-Resident $100.00. Off Season Rates November thru February (all day only) Resident $40.00 or Non-Resident $80.00.

This is a large pavilion with dusk to dawn lighting, electrical outlets, 10 picnic tables, and a barbecue pit. There are separate family friendly restrooms, spray pad, all inclusive playground, and a paved 1/2 mile walking trail that goes around a pond. This is a great place to have family gatherings, birthday parties, and/or company picnics!
*If you reserve the pavilion please note that all park amenities are open to the general public, the pavilion is what is reserved.
*Electrical outlets inside the pavilion have a maximum availability of 15 amps. *Applicable fees will be charged for reserved dates, times, and area regardless of whether or not the facility is used.
*Maintain and clean up any facility, using proper trash receptacles.
*No refund without 7 days notice prior to cancellation. 5% service charge will apply.
*Loud music, above 75 decibels, and glass beverage containers are prohibited. *The City retains the right to revoke this agreement at any time for any reason. In addition, the City retains the right to remove any individual from the park for being loud, vulgar, disruptive or destructive of property.
*Applicant and all of the applicant’s guests and invitees shall be governed by all applicable ordinances of the City of Lake Saint Louis and statutes of the State of Missouri in their use of city park facilities.
