Renew a Business License
To renew your City of Lake Saint Louis business license through our online portal please follow the steps below. You will need to know your previous Lake Saint Louis business license number during this process. This number is located in the upper right corner of your expired license. Please be aware that processing of your online entries only takes place during City Hall business hours. If you already have a registered user account for your business license skip Steps 1 & 2.
Step 1 - Register & create a user account by going to municipalonlinepayments.com/lakesaintlouismo and click on “Business Licenses”. Register with your email address, create a password, enter your name & phone # as a new user. You should receive an email from municipalonlinepayments.com with a link for you to activate your account registration. Please make sure to remember your login and password as this will be used again in this process and for future renewals as well.
Step 2 - Then you will need to click on “Associated Licensees - Add New”, and complete the rest of the fields, enter your expired license number to associate with. Click on “Associate New Licensee”. This step will connect your registered user account with our business license program. Once processed you will receive an email from the City Clerk when your membership is approved, then you will be able to login to do the next step, renewing your License.
Step 3 - Renew your License online at municipalonlinepayments.com/lakesaintlouismo Login & click on Business Licenses, click on your most recent License Number, click on Renew this License, complete any required fields, then click on Renew License.
Step 4 - Once processed you will receive an email from the City Clerk informing you when you can pay the license fee online and if any additional documentation is required.
