Schedule a Building Inspection
To schedule an inspection you can submit your request using the Citizenserve Online Portal or by emailing it to the building inspection email. Please include the permit number, project address & requested date and time frame of AM (9-12) or PM (1-4) when requesting an inspection via email.
All Contractors Must Have a Business License
All individuals or companies offering their services for hire and/or engaging in construction activities within the corporate limits of the City of Lake Saint Louis are required by Lake Saint Louis Municipal Code to obtain a City Business License prior to engaging in construction activities and to maintain a Business License throughout the time in which they engage in construction activities.
